“Personal power can be called any number of things – In my business, I call it being in your glow.”
To successfully lead others, we first have to find who WE are. One way to begin this journey is by prioritizing our health and well-being.
Self-care is vital to stepping into your own power. Without this in place, it can be challenging to be an effective leader. You can’t pour from an empty pitcher; when your resources are drained, you’re giving everyone in your life a low quality version of yourself. The paradox women face today is the unrelenting feeling to give, give, give to others with little consideration for giving to ourselves. We tend to feel guilty if the focus is on “me” rather than on those around us, such as our employer, co-workers, family or friends.
But by making yourself the #1 priority in your life, you are able to give from a place of authenticity rather than from a place of obligation. By choosing to live without apology and taking care of yourself, your capacity to give, lead and support grows significantly. Join us on April 26th as Julia Sarver shows us how to open the doorway to reclaiming our power and finding our glow through health and wellness.
